PLANiT Builders believes in standing behind our work in your Basement Development.
We provide up to a 5 year limited Warranty on Material and Workmanship (labor and installation) on the finished scope of construction.
As construction of your new basement gets closer to completion, it's time to start planning your move-in. At your final walk through, you'll be taken through your new basement development and the features and operation of key features will be demonstrated and our warranty coverage will explained.
Your keys will be returned and the basement living space you have dreamed about is yours to enjoy for a lifetime! Your warranty, customer satisfaction survey and closing package will be provided after the final sign-off meeting.
Basement development completion dates are determined by the scope of the renovation project. Completion dates can be affected by acts of weather, happenstances beyond our control, states of emergency, "Acts of God" and changes to scope of work or unforeseen items or tasks that may be revealed during a renovation project. |
